A:R:C use trusted courier companies for each delivery. To ensure the safe delivery of orders, a signature is required upon receipt.

Orders are currently dispatched within two weeks from date of purchase, and are typically delivered within 10 days from date of dispatch for orders placed within the UK.

For orders delivered outside of the UK, please allow an additional 7 working days for delivery from the date of dispatch. During busy periods this may increase slightly.

Due to the bespoke and personalised nature of our products, we can only accept returns for damaged or defective items. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, then please contact us to discuss the matter. Here at A:R:C we strive to ensure all orders are fulfilled to the highest possible standard. Claims for damaged goods should be made within seven (7) days of the delivery date.
